Life Story:
Elliott grew up in poverty living in a small apartment in London England, watching his parents struggle fuelled him with rage and jealousy making him resent everyone even his own family. Elliott was judged by all of his class mates at school for the clothes he wore and the way he acted which lead him into an even deeper rage of built up emotions.
Elliott always felt like an outsider with no friends. Elliott grew very sick and tired of being a loner and getting bullied. One day he decided enough was enough and ran away from his home and family for a better life in the city of Los Santos.
In a new city Elliott found it hard at first to get a job and start a new life until he heard about the los Santos police department, Elliott went down there and persuaded a human resources officer to give him an interview, despite his appearance the officer reluctantly agreed. Elliott passed the interview with exceeding grades the city had never seen before. Elliott did his phase 1, 2 and 3 training to become a patrol officer. Although he had a job Elliott felt as if he had no purpose even though he was a police officer which he thought becoming would change this feeling inside of him. Elliott was living pay check to pay check having to work small side jobs when ever he could to scrape extra money together for rent.
Career Story:
After a few months at LSPD the feeling Elliott had became worse and worse and made him dream of a greater and more for filling job so while walking to the store he saw a poster about the national Guard recruiting so first thing the next day Elliott went down to the Fort Zancudo and was recruited into the Army and was welcomed just how he dreamed of. Elliott started off as a private 1 until later when he was recognised for his expertise's and heroics in battle and was promoted.
Elliott climbed his way through the ranks earning the trust of very high up individuals which is when he was promoted to a very high up position of LT. Colonel. Elliott finally had the power he had always dreamt of and knew he could take revenge on everyone who turned there back to him. The power Elliott had was more than he could of ever dreamt of and as well as being a decorated solider he was a High command and well respected by everyone in the National Guard.
Elliott used his anger and rank to his advantage and behind his co-workers backs built a strong relationships with criminals and very powerful gang members leading to new opportunities. He was very well know on grove street for smuggling drugs through areas citizens and criminals couldn't due to his status. Elliott love the thrill and feel down a very deep rabbit hole of criminal activity's even as far as robbing citizens and intimidating them for fun.
Outcomes:
1-Elliott can smash and break bodycams. ( /try 2 times per situation
2-Elliott can frighten and disrespect anyone as gang members do. (Keeping in mind toxicity, Gen 6.10 and 6.19)
3-Elliott can torture suspects to get information.
4-Elliott can break IC Laws and be able to use his position in NG.
5-Elliott can let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also aid them in escaping.
6-Elliott can arrest someone for fake charges if he strongly dislikes them or for revenge. {within only sufficient RP reasons}
7-Elliott can sell, buy or use any type of weapons for his personal safety and profit. ( exception, org weapons )
8-Elliott can remove previous reasons for being arrested to get rid of any evidence of Elliott's 10-15 being arrested
9-Elliott can take bribes (up to 100k and request guns, ammo, or other illegal items as bribes.)
