Rejected Ban for GR 6.17 | Monon Vitality

Hello admin , I was using Nvedia Geforce Experience recorder , where game outer overlays like discord was not recorded . but when i was watching one youtube vedio over there they were saying Nvidia Experice is legal and we can submit pov to forum , but when my pc checks was done by alan Fedral , that admin says that you cant use this recorder instead use medal recorder . I have Laptop with GTX 1650 graphics card and i was not knowing that I can not use this recorder , my most of the friends and players was using Experience Software recorded so i was using .

it has been more than 14 days i am banned it was my first time where I got ban for recorder , I request you to please uplift my ban it was a pure miss information about Nvdia GeFOrce Expirience . from now i will use any other recoder for recording pov .

seriously admin I am addicted to this game and i love to play this game .....

I request you to please unban or uplift my ban i will take care from next time , and i promise I will not make this mistake again ....

the reson of pc check was I have raised a forum against a player where i was a ems employee and that guy was harassing me . so i have raised gr 6.12 against him but when the admin goes through my pc he found i was using nvidia geforce experience software in laptop and he said due to this recoder you will get banned because it is not recording all overlay
