Hello first Im not targeting him Im just posting forums as in en3 if anyone is breaking rules or possibly for forum rule 9 you can file forum even I got one against me (forum acc which didn't affected as im not evading) and recently one was made against Hiko - Approved - Multiple Forum Accounts | 2050 which is kind of sad as the amount of targeting that en3 leader faced and the des we got in return anyways if there is a rule it should be for everyone so here Mr. Federico made 3 forum acc and posted applications with it and why will he do it tho its none of my concern but the point is was he was evading forum ban? leaving this upto you.

(All these account belong to same person you may check and we as players can not know who is evading thats why we put this for you to check also thats the reason I put possible)
