Approved Stalling | ID 2137

Hello, after a fight with playboy/marabunta that we ended out winning I ran over to ID 2137 and revived him, at first he started to run away when we had 2 guns pointed at him which ehh might've been fearRP might've not been, but when I searched him and started patting him down, he beings to start stalling such as asking me to repeat what to drop when he knows what to drop, dropping ammo 1 by 1, taking forever to drop items, and shortly after back up came.
