Omar Eltubgy came from a poor family in New York and he wasn't loved in his family but he tried to work to provide them with money to live but he couldn't and after his parents died he wanted to leave and start new life because Omar don't want to be poor and he have dreams to start a family with a wife and to find new home too so he traveled to los santos to find some opportunities and work he got an idea to start his life as law enforcement officer as they were recruiting new people so he started as a government USSS Agent but he didn't like it there so he left after he finished his training as an agent and then he joined Fib as a trainee he started working hard to earn some money to get a house and to make a family but when he started making his first million he was off duty and moving around the city to find some houses to buy but suddenly and officer stopped him pulled him over and arrested him the officer wanted money to let him go but Omar refused and he tried to ask for a lawyer but the officer refused and arrested Omar and putted expansive fines on him and Omar lost all of his money and he started to think about being corrupt to make money and start the life that he is dreaming about.

Omar started his career as lspd officer he done three terms but he got tired and he wanted to get power and money so he started looking and searching he is found a new good job and he liked it to work as a government employee as Usss he started as a trainee to and started making money and climbing the ranks and doing a great job but a corrupt officer striped Omar from all hard earned money that he made and now Omar lost his trust in the system and he will now start from the bottom but it drove him to ruthless ambitions and to his darker side to be corrupted and he will start doing money to achieve his dreams because when he was in prison he said that no one will stop me from achieving my dreams, and he started working again and he reached the high rank and now he is leading usss in every mission that they have but its not enough he want to be corrupt so he left government and gone to fib to start his career there after he have been to fib and been federal commander and also federal attorney he got offered to join National Guard and help NG to reach new heights as major general .
