Hello.

I was given punishment for RDM (warn + jail) on the following thread:

I find this punishment to be unfair as the police officer in the evidence that was provided was attempting to stop the ATM robbery by driving into the "zone" of ATM. Basically, the police officer attempted to powergame the ATM robbery. It was at this point I decided to open fire as he was trying to prevent, which is very clear in his own POV since he turns his car towards the "zone" of ATM.
How can this be looked at as RDM when an officer is trying to stop it by driving a vehicle into the zone of ATM robbery?

1.5 An event "like" robberies of gunshops 24/7 have to be a role play and state organizations can talk to criminals.
^This is the closest rule I can find regarding robberies, however it does not specify for ATM robberies. It's only valid for regular store robberies and weapon store robberies.


How am I meant to perform ATM robberies if I cannot shoot? We can't negotiate because if the police officers comes to close, the robbery fails. If I walk to far away, the ATM robbery fails.

Also, who says the ATM robbery can't be an armed one, according to the script if a "LEO" steps in zone, the atm robbery is failed, the guy basically powergamed/bug abused the fuck outta zone first off, and even in EN1, the LEOs expect shots, this is not RDM, it's an armed atm robbery where shots are to be expected? The rule also states that demands are for store and gunstore and not atm specifically.
