Appeal for Fairness Regarding Age-Based Leader Blacklist
To the Concerned Admin Team,
I am writing to appeal on behalf of our loved leaders who are facing this unfair discrimination due to their age. Despite being a valuable member of our Grand rp project, People has been placed on a leader blacklist solely based on their age not considering other factors that it can be a mistake as well. This discriminatory practice is not only unjust but also detrimental to the growth and engagement of our community.
Players has consistently demonstrated their commitment to the project through their active participation, leadership qualities, and contributions to the overall community. Their age should not be a barrier to their ability to contribute meaningfully to our organization. I agree that minors lower than age 18 could be a concern to toxicity but if its a mistake should be given chance by rechecking and providing their age proof. Also, this this the biggest concern En3 is facing right now of leaders being targeted solely by their age.
We believe that everyone, regardless of their age, deserves a fair opportunity to participate and lead within our community. By maintaining a discriminatory leader blacklist based on age, we are limiting the potential for growth and innovation within this beautiful project.
We urge the admin team to reconsider this policy and provide the leaders with a chance to redeem themselves. By allowing them to continue their involvement, we can benefit from their unique perspectives and contributions.
Mr chanush completed his term with his wrong age and now he is senior admin also those who put mistakenly put the age wrong is now suffering from leader blacklist and automatically blacklist from admin team too which is wrong as people are not getting equally treated same for mr fedrico who have multiple forum account is now senior admin and pc checker for en3 all should be treated equally as rules are for same everyone people should get a fair chance :- Rejected - Deceiving Admin | 16829
Whats the mistake of us? this is not fair for players and its looking like en3 is not like before and justice is not found
People who got Punished for Deceiving admin :- Omi Patel, Sam Hill, Anvy Verlice, Andrew Hulk, Elite axel and many other seriously we all worked hard to run the Org but in the end because of this mistake we all got punished for Leader Blacklist, which can get ignored too because of the activity of the Org in their own term all of us actually brought Good activity from first day still we got punished. It feel Unfair towards player
