The event scenario must be detailed and include the whole event:
After failing to smuggle drugs through checkpoints going from the city to Paleto Bay, criminals have decided to invest money into diving equipment to smuggle drugs a new way. If this mission is successful it will change the illegal drug market and will help criminals make the money they have been striving for.
The criminals will start off on boats and will drive above the underwater entrance to the building. They will then dive deep underwater and will swim through the underwater tunnels using the diving equipment provided to them. Once they reach the surface they will work together to take down the security team who have been protecting these tunnels. Once criminals manage to take down the security team they will deliver the drugs into the elevator and the mission to smuggle drugs will finally be successful. The job of LEOs in this event is to act as security forces inside the building where they will wait for criminals to enter the facility so they can take them down. If LEOs are successful in taking them down they will win the event.

Admin Requirements:
Spawn vehicles and give guns
Teleport criminals to the diving NPC and then to the event location
Rules of the event:
No teaming
No team killing
No personal guns
Prize for the winner:
300k split between the winners
