2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1- i have been in the city for long time and i experienced all situations in the city. according to my experience i want o become a leader of vagos
and i want to bring my best leadership qualities as a vagos leader . i want to start my career as leader from vagos . i want to keep my all efforts in vagoos till the end my term .
2.2- i will say that according to my above state/crime experience in the city this time I'm thinking to take a step up from high command position to leader position . i love to be a leader of vagos . . i also want to become leader and i want to collaborate with my co- gang friends and make interesting situations in the city , i promise that i will make situations with my co gang mates that which state employees get fear of us . i will make my leadership best .
2.3 and as a leader i also can get to know so many difficult/hard situations , i want to take responsibility of los santos vagos . and i will give my best as a leader of Vagos
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization..
3.1- I'm sure will make 100% [MAX] turf .
3.2- I'm sure that we attend all events daily .
3.3- I'm sure that we will be in max in numbers in situations/events.
3.4- I'm sure that there will be no toxicity .
3.5- im sure that there will be no favoritism in my leadership.
3.6- i will make friendly environment between gangs .
3.7- i promise i will show more activity and make situations daily [no rule break].
3.8- i will make RP Situations like 24/7 , hostage, fz raid, highway robbery [daily ].
3.9- we will make 100% spray with best spray team.
3.10- i will give the ranks for only who attends events daily .
3.11- i will check the logs of weapon Wearhouse daily / so then there will be no chance to steal weapons from org Wearhouse.
3.12- i will make sure that i will handle the critical situations .
3.13- I'm sure that there will be no conflicts between gang members
3.14- I'm sure that i will keep my maximum efforts for vagos and events
3.15- i will ensure that everyone is wearing gang color dress
