SAHP and FIB were responding to DOC backup requests. Upon arriving at the scene we asked ID 55779 to leave the area as we were attempting to secure it. He disregarded those orders and was going to be detained for failure to comply (penal code 2.26). He then starts saying to not detain him he's calling a GOD and decides to hop in a car with his buddy and drive off. As this is going on there's a 10-10 situation as you can see and between this whole situation you see both ID 55779 and 60194 driving around the scene cursing at Officers. Mind you, we told him again to leave the area multiple times. Around 15:20 (in the pov) ID 55779 and 60194 start shooting at us and you see us respond. As you guys can clearly see these individuals were failing RP multiple times and should be punished. The city should not have to deal with individuals like this.
