Hello, LeBron. The person with ID 40073 got a permanent ban on his main account for scamming, and they have three accounts in total. One account is being used by his "brother." I think the punishment should be a server blacklist or project blacklist for scamming, since the punishment for G.P 1.6 is also a project ban.
