I Want to become leader Of National gaurd Because National Gaurd Was My 2nd Organization I Joined And Loved Most I want new players to join ng and have fun with us I have been high command in Ng In 2 terms So I have enough knowledge About How National Gaurd works and what role it plays among legal orgs
2. I want to end Favoritism in National Guard People who works hard dont get what they wanted and people who dont works get higher rank due to favoritisms but i want to end it in my leadership and give hard working employees what they want under my leadership And maintain good relationship among All the employees
3. I believe That Working Under Good Leaders employees love working with them and i want to play a role as a good leader who handles its organization well and behave good with everyone I want to make los santos crime free with my hardworking employees and give them good bonuses for their works

By Conducting Weekly Events For Our Employees, Giving Them a good bonuses for their hard work, Hiring deserving peoples, Giving good rank to people who works hard , Taking them To store robbery, Doing Patrolling with them,Giving highest bonus for gate keeping and so much And Make Ng from boring org to best org in the city so players can join with us and have fun And I belive in *With Great Responsibility Comes Great Powers*
