Hi, I'm writing this ban appeal because I was playing by server rules I received an unfair punishment. In this POV, they pointed three guns at the other hostage and one gun pointed at me, per server rules I can attempt to escape. In the POV you can see me searching for exits and counting the amount of guns pointed at me. I even gave them a chance to point guns at me again and nobody pointed another gun at me.

Second, the second NG came back this family was seeking revenge against the gods for the past treatment of NG org. In conclusion I would like to point out that I was also reported for the same situation twice. Unfortunately, I cannot confirm that because one of the POVs is not viewable but in the description u can clearly see that its the same situation. I passed the interview, I worked hard for 24 hours to do everything I can for this org and I feel I got the wrong punishment.

Org warning 2 - Fear RP while being a hostage in the haunted house. You ran away when there 4 guns pointed at the two of you hostages. Again in real life, this will be unrealistic and it will take 1 shot for you to die from them. You should be scared of them, there were multiple of them. (POV from admin assistant sent to admins, was acquired from a forum report)

All of these were org warnings and not verbals because you the leader violated these rules. These were all discussed between the curators of the National Guard as well as the Senior State Curator.

This leads to a violation of leader rule 1.1 as the org had to be disbanded within 48 hours of you being selected as the leader. Hence the 3-day ban.

In regards to the 2nd warning that does not matter because that is NOT city rules. They need 3 guns pointed per hostage, this is the rule. Addressing 3rd warning they turned away from me and started shooting incoming LEOs. Again, I ran because they had no guns on me at that moment. Again, this is what they (the Hunter family) wanted for their new general. I was setup for failure from the beginning.

The first warning should have been a verbal. It was unclear as to whether Beni was allowed to go to GOV using the heli. He has never been a leader and while he was told he could go on duty to set up the org, recruitment was a part of that which was why he went to GOV. I saw in the radio you saw this and spoke to Beni. It seemed understood that this would not happen again and it was a simple error. A simple and honest mistake has been used to disband an entire ORG.

This is case of unfair judgement and should need review before disbanding an org like this. Not only does it mess with dozens of other players, Beni was not allowed to adequately plead his case. He would have had better representation ICly with an attorney! This can't be how we deal with these kinds of issues because it throws the entire RP into absolute chaos and ruins the experience for the hard working people who want the server to succeed

This is precisely what I meant when there needs to be more review before actions like this are taken. According to your own rules he had no guns pointed and was allowed to attempt to flee. While your logic regarding them being able to shoot him is true, that is not what the rules state. Furthermore, if they wanted to take a photo they should have kept guns on him. On top of THAT, you are effectively arguing that Beni should have sat there and let them toy with him EVEN THOUGH he was within the rules to attempt to escape.

It's an interesting issue above...

Gods - You seriously need to align on these rules as we have issues daily on the above with 3 subsets that co-exist that you all articulate differently.

Rule 1 (what most of the city abides by and gods tell us) - 3 guns must always be on a hostage...
*I have countless POVs of gods pausing RP, and removing hostages out of RP situations when they don't have the right numbers...

Rule 2 (some gods tell you when Fear RP is reported) - only 1 gun is required on you as a hostage...
* This has seen a variable response where again I have POV of admins saying you CAN run without 3 guns or NO YOU CANT because the min is 1...

Rule 3 (what John now states above) - no guns, but presence is enough for you to enact fear...
* Plenty of instances in this forum where Fear RP has been denied because no 'guns' were pointed at them...

Damage might be done on Beni's term but at least his ban should be overturned and this rule should be a priority to resolve...

To be honest, I’m pretty certain that many people would try to run away IRL as you did in this case, since not only are they not aiming at you, but the entirety of them are turned to another side which is a good q to start running and hide
