Hello, it seems I was blocked or banned right after doing my tutorial. I tried to go to the gas station on the bike and I fell into(through?) the map. I could not get out it just kept falling. So I ended game in task manager and when I tried to log back in the message appeared that I had been blocked. I don't know anything about this game it was my first try to play it. Today I had help finding my player ID and I'm hoping you can help me to be unblocked. Also, if you could tell me why I was blocked would also be helpful. Thank you.
