Can I get a pov request of the situation for the whole thing? My bodycam unfortunately did not save and I understand all admins are required to have pov of a punishment/situation. I have pov of someone else who was involved/next to me but unfortunately not my own as mine did not save (unintentionally).
6.8 states It is restricted to do any immoral actions in relation to an unconscious person(e.g. spitting, sexual animations and etc) | BAN 3-7 days
I wasn't doing either, RPly I arrived on the scene and was not involved in the situation so I did the thinking animation briefly (for 1 second) to gather my thoughts then called on the radio for someone to patch up/arrest the 10-15 involved in the situation and had bodycam of the 10-15 committing crimes.
My actions were not immoral and part of my RP as I did not do anything sexual or spit or anything like that.
I know you don't accept other people's pov but I have my friends It clearly shows the full situation if you need with me involved but will not submit it because I know you don't accept maybe you can request for his if required.
I think I should be unbanned because I did not break G.R, spoke to Freija Jinn and he mentioned I did the emote but I will argue with that because my actions were not disrespectful/sexual/unrealistic nor were my actions immoral. I believe we should have the freedom to RP how we want within obvious boundaries and realism and what I did was not unrealistic.
