Dear Administrator,
I hope this message finds you well. I recently received a 60-day ban due to a mistake I made while setting the price for a product. When I realized the error, I corrected it immediately. Shortly after, Mike Wolfee approached me and inquired about the incorrect price. I explained to him that it was an honest mistake, and he mentioned he would review the logs to see if any purchases were made before I fixed it. Unfortunately, I was banned shortly after our conversation.
To clarify, my microphone wasn’t working during the incident, which might have caused some confusion. However, I do have a recording from a friend’s point of view that captures my conversation with Mike, where I explained the situation in full.
I would appreciate the opportunity to present this evidence and hopefully resolve this misunderstanding.
