2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I believe gangs need a leader not a boss , someone that pushes with his mates not someone that makes his people do all the work for him , and this is lacking in current gangs , which is leading to unstructured RP situations , and unstructured fighting and teamplay in events
I love gangs theyre by far my favourite org in the city and i know most about them , but i simply dont join them because they lack initiative and i believe other people face the same problem too , i believe i can achieve having a feared gang that is constantly 24/7 doing something , hostages , store robberies , attending events with max numbers , ghetto clapping etc ...
Im a naturally born leader , with exceptional high risk taking confidence , and im a person that takes responsibility for the things that hes responsible of and i hold that tight , i am responsible for a gang im gonna make sure everyone is doing what they want , everyone is getting rewarded , everyone is having a blast , and were always winning wether it is in turfs , events , or RP situations VS cops , i will make sure that everyone knows that everything is up for the taking for us and will have everyone have the gang that they always wanted but saw only a couple of times maybe
I have incredible planning skills aswell i would love to take some time each day and scout some areas that we can possibly use for hostage situations that will give us perfect escape routed and great offensive setups to beat the cops .
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1- Ensure every single person that is participating in any event or situation is getting rewarded , especially people that are not high commands because they get left quite a lot i feel like currently and i would love to reward absolutely everyone even if it has to come out from my pocket.
2- Setup a team for graffitis this way the correct individuals are taking care of this crucial aspect and they will be given incredible bonuses , and do whatever it takes to ensure were the most active in this section while making it fun.
3- Introduce everyone in the gang to new hostage locations and explain how things are gonna go , as well as testing them in real time in an actual RP situation VS cops , this will create new fun environments for gangs and cops , and will make us win more situations with correct planning
4- Get an insane turf team that have elite experience and reached high levels within the FPS and shooting domain , the turfs will be my main focus especially on the turf days so good things should be expected , i believe with my leadership i can definitely achieve 100% turf season .
5- Ensure that there is no toxicity within the organisation and everyone is treated equally and with respect whether they are rank 2 or deputy leaders .
6- Do a lot of store robberies , gun stores , and hostage situations i plan to do at least 5 a day while everyone is having exceptional fun , getting rewarded and are here for what they always wanted within a gang
7- Make sure all OOC event are being attended with maximum numbers and won most of the time , to achieve that i will introduce incredibly kind bonus systems for everyone , great communication during the event , and exceptional planning and team play
8- I would love to make my gang so active to the point where the cops say oh shit they started and install fear in the city .
9- Better interviews to ensure people that join the gang wont break rules , and only a number of people will be taking care of the hiring 24/7
