Hi
I’m writing to appeal a recent 60-day ban I received. I want to clarify that I did not use any unauthorized bots or cheats. I was simply playing casually and working out at the in-game gym by pressing "E" as usual.
During my session, another player approached me, but I was unable to hear him or respond because my microphone suddenly stopped working. The mic had been functioning perfectly prior to this, so I wasn’t aware of the issue at first. When the admin arrived, the problem persisted — I couldn't hear anyone, nor could they hear me. I tried unplugging my headset and adjusting the audio settings, but nothing seemed to resolve the issue.
Unfortunately, because of this technical difficulty, I wasn’t able to respond or explain myself in real-time. Please understand that this was an unexpected situation, and I was not intentionally ignoring anyone or violating any rules.
I kindly request you to reconsider the ban, as I did not engage in any misconduct and was simply dealing with an unfortunate audio issue.
