The situation is as follows: we have 10-15 , and this person asked us for a lawyer. We didn’t mention anything on the radio or in the department chat that our 10-15 request a lawyer . Then two agents came to us and said that this person's private lawyer is coming. This is clearly and obviously metagaming.

This is just purely false, I had an individual come up to the DOC and request a lawyer for his friend who got arrested. I admit i said “Private Lawyer” But I didn’t realize the Lawyer was a State Attorney. Either way there was no “Meta Gaming” Involved here.
