hello. i joined the family war on 09.09.2024 and i was banned from ER 1.7. a few days before i joined the war, my computer was infected with a virus. The viruses (trojan and rat virus) that infected my computer a few days ago started hacking my game (valorant acc, epic acc, steam acc) and social media accounts. i immediately recovered my accounts and started scanning my computer, then i detected two viruses (trojan and rat virus) and i thought i blocked their access but i couldn't block them. Before joining the family war I had no problems, my pov's were of good quality and complete, but in the war something went wrong and my pov's didn't register properly (I never cropped or edited my evidence) (I realized this when I checked my recording after the war.) Regardless I uploaded my evidence, Harry banned me as per the rule (ER 1.7) because part of my evidence was missing. Then I opened the forms I will attach below and stated my situation. in the form I present to you I was ready for the pc check, I show the type and name of the Virus. I hope that even if you do not unban me, my ban will be reduced taking into account the time I was banned. As you can see from my punishment history, I am a calm and rule-abiding person.
