- Desire to contribute in building and organizing the community: They might be interested in holding a leadership position, as it can facilitate better management of the server, enforcement of the rules, and fair gameplay, thereby enhancing the quality of the community.
Passion to Improve the Server: They may find areas where the server can improve and would want to be placed in an ability where they could make the changes needed, add new features, fix issues, and foster a better experience for the players.
Burnout from RP: After spending so much time really immersed in roleplaying, some players might feel burnt out or as though they've explored all the stories they wanted to. As an administrator, one has a different avenue to stay involved.
Enjoyment of Leadership and Problem-Solving: Sometimes, players find that they enjoy the strategic and managerial aspect of running a server over the roleplay itself.
