Rejected Ban period mistakenly increased.... for 40575id

hey team so the ban period for gr3.2 is 7days but i got ban for more than 16days it says including the previous complaint.. but the ban for previous complaint is finished.
as i got ban on 12/09 for first time so it finished on 19 but still the time for ban is including the new ban and prev... so i want my ban to be reduced to 7 daysfrm 12 days because i got ban on 14/09 for 7days +5days which is equals to 12 days and today is 19/09 so reduce 5 days which is equals to 7days.. making this forum to correct the mistake of more days ban given.
