Rejected Ban for GR 3.2 in name | Satriko Narcos

Hello I had changed my name to Abdullah Anabayıltan, but I didn't know that it was wrong, and I promise that I won't choose such a name again. What I don't understand is why Satriko Narcos banned me for 14 days, because according to rule 3.2, I thought the maximum ban would be 7 days. Thats what the rules seem to indicate. When you comeback to the game , make sure to have a normal name which not insulting everyone with it
