I am writing to appeal my recent ban and sincerely hope you will consider my request. I understand that a transaction was made mistakenly on my account, an extra 0 was added into the total sum of money, and I have video evidence to support this. I recognize that similar mistakes may have occurred in the past, for which, unfortunately, I do not have any POV.
I assure you that these actions were not intentional, and I am committed to ensuring that such incidents do not happen again. I truly value my place in this community and am eager to rectify this situation. I will always yearn to make sure that such mistakes do not occur again knowingly, and will always try my best to not commit such mistakes unknowingly either.
