2.1 I wanna be leader cause i wanna do something diffrent and implement new thing into the department. Create a new things and implement new things gonna make something new for the citizens so i wanna do something diffrent and do something that gonna make the term unforgetable.
2.2 I wanna create a warmy place for the others into the department so I am gonna make the managment team warmfull, friendly, polite so the when coming on gonna feel happy and they will want to get on duty because everyone so warmfull, its like when someone showing off and speaking bad to the other and being not warm this will make the agents when coming on duty not coming because they want, they will just come on duty because they won't lose their rank so i won't make this mostly the management team gonna be from the best and warmull persons
2.3 Lastly I wanna proof myself that i can handle the Leadership position and I can achieve what i need to achieve.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Moslty working with the other LEO organizations and increase the roleplay between us like make sure that EMS conducting an Medical Attention for the Hostage and make Special Mission's with the other LEO organizations like Gang Raid and Black Market Raid.
