I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to provide clarification regarding my recent ban for violation of Rule Gen 1.4. Please understand that this is not a complaint but rather an attempt to explain my situation.
I created my first account in July 2023 and, after a couple of months, due to receiving a warning on my main account i created my twink account (ID: 49205) . The circumstances surrounding my third account (ID: 50076) are as follows:
On 2023, my cousin, Abrar, who also plays this game, visited my home. He expressed a desire to play Grand RP using his own account. However, he was unaware that logging into one’s account on someone else’s computer is not permitted. so I told him to use my account, but he declined and told me to create another account for him. At that time, both of us were relatively new players and were not fully informed about the rules regarding account creation and usage. Consequently, I went ahead and created an account for him ID: 50076. Afterward, I completely forgot about this account as I focused on my main and twink accounts.
As a new player, my understanding of the rules and regulations was limited, and I was not aware that this action could lead to a breach of the rules. if i Had been informed of the severity of this situation, I would have delete that account
Just yesterday, I finally took the plunge and purchased the new battepass, after 10 hours i got banned.It was truly disheartening to see the notification, especially knowing that I won’t be able to play for 60 days. This not only means that my hard-earned GC is essentially lost, but it also prevents me from maximizing the benefits of the battle pass I was so excited about.
I am kindly requesting your consideration for another chance. I assure you that I have learned from this experience and i'll never do that mistake again.!
