Rejected Warn for CL ┃Azure Duke

Hi, thanks for taking the time to read this. I got warned for CL because I relogged during the transportation of a prisoner. As you can see in his clip I was crashing and lagging around. My screen was going black and glitching. I could not see a thing as you can see @4:47 in his clip, I am running around trying to fix the issue as i cannot see anything. Furthermore, no offence to your knowledge but how can it be combat log if I am not in an active scenario like gunfight or situation. I did not leave to keep my items becuase i was getting robbed or something. So i have no reason to combat log. I just rejoined within 30 seconds. Another thing is his clip is 5 minutes and 11 seconds long. This means his clip is trimmed... After the 5 minutes and 11 seconds around 30 seconds later or so i rejoin and he is gone. So if he can see me crashing and lagging around why would i possible combat log I am simply re-joining because I am bugged.
