Sir/Ma'am,
I have been banned for GR 1.4
I only have 2 accounts (1 main and 1 twink), I have not done anything against the rules and suddenly was found to be banned. I believe there has been some misunderstanding as i have a brother irl but please be assured that we have our own separate personal computers and separate Epic and Social Club accounts.

Please look into this as I would love to continue playing in Server EN 2.
If money wipe is the only way I would be unbanned I am ready for it.
