I'm just playing my game yesterday and suddenly my account got banned for gen rule 1.1 I don't know how. Please help me and take a look on this. I was playing in my pc and i didn't log in any other device so how can i get banned for gen rule 1.1 which is account share or trade. Please unban me. Thank you.
