Assuming it was the same guy who broke GR 6.13 as the one who was doing the vehicle ramming (admins I'm sure you can check logs). Specifically killed the person who I was trying to arrest to avoid the RP situation, and continued ramming us without giving demands (not that he could have, he needs at least 4 people and 2 cars to pull us over)
