Hello Sir So Basically I just Got Ban For GR 4.1 (Illegal Redux) By Can Snow Sir, A Person To whom I arrested as FIB agent Made A POV req For the Arrest on Forums and on the Request of Mr Can Snow i provided My POV and After the POV was Reviewed By Him he finds out that i am using a gin skin In which only the size of my Carbine rifle is increased a little bit, And also After dying All the effects were bieng showed only the Red Color Was missing from screen, So based on This Mr Can Snow Gave me a Ban for 60 Days.
Now Here is the Point, First of all the redux that i was using did not give me any unfair addvantage over others but still i have removed it and attached a vid also showing that i have removed it Am Also Verifying my Game to Make sure its removed!
Now Why was i even using it, So i basically saw a vid of ItzFrolickz who is a verified Media Partner of Grand Rp and He has over 500K subscribers as well, Title of the Vid Was [ How to Make Grand RP Look 100x Better!! (Best Mod Program for GTA!) ] , And in that video he had shown a Software Named 'Network Graphics' Where there are multiple types of Game Legal modifications (according to him) Were Available, He was even using the redux from that software, So i also installed that redux and started using it without even knowing that its not legal.
And except the Ban Thing i also want to Appeal for the Warning that i got for Fail Rp, All leos Try to Uncuff the 10-15 as less as they can Because during detention or arrest 90% Leave the Game As soon as we uncuff them, And Except that You might have seen that i asked him to remove mask after uncuffing her as its necessary and its written in legislation that you cant tear off the mask without demanding to remove it, Since there is no OOC or IC rule Which States that you find out the name of someone who is complying to you, And That is why i searched her for id, And Even if He Thought that i did it wrongly then he was not supposed to take this thing OOC, Whereas he should have filed a Subpoena On me because its all an IC case.
