I would like to address the recent decision regarding GR 3.1. I believe there may have been a misunderstanding, as I did not intend to insult anyone out of character(OOC) . While I fully agree with the concerns raised under GR 3.2, I respectfully request that you reconsider the application of GR 3.1 in this instance​
