1. The LSPD organization is something special for me, of all the organizations the LSPD attracts me the most and I think that this particular organization is necessary and the most important on our server, I spent a long time there and of course it is my first organization, I have always had a desire to lead her.
2. I have been in this project for a long time and I think that experience cannot be learned, but acquired. I have spent a lot of time in government organizations and I know how everyone breathes.
I think I have enough experience to lead the organization and improve rp at the maximum level, I have been a deputy several times in various organizations and I know how to lead the organization and in which direction.
3. For the mentioned organization, I have ready those players who have a lot of experience and a desire for quality roleplay, which will bring the organization to the maximum level and show how strong the LSPD organization can be, how much it can provide cooperation to other organizations and be active at any time and time .
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.
I have many tips for improving RP inside and outside the organization, and I will list a few important ones.
First of all, I think that the most important thing is the relationship and communication with the curator of the organization, and that we should always communicate with them and exchange criticism, opinions and praise.
The next item refers to communication with other organizations, I responsibly claim that contact and relationship with other organizations is equally important in order for RP to be of high quality, I would not allow any hatred, arguments and bad communication with orgs, they would often have various meetings on discord and ingames , they would exchange opinions and contribute to the improvement of rp, he would also activate lifeinvader, which would record twice a week and attend various actions and standard patrols. I would also activate the section that is available on the forum related to news from our LSPD station, where I would write about various arrests, actions, contests and the like....
I believe that for the activity and professionalism of the organization, a good and experienced HC command is equally important, which would always be available and lead the players to various actions and direct and encourage them to a better rp.
It would activate better units and each unit would have a special task. Example... (if a player with the rank of patrol staff, during his patrol, arrests a person who has violated a more serious criminal code, those players from the patrol staff could not drag the person to prison and immediately arrest him, but would have to come to the station, perform an interrogation and charge players with the rank of inspector and above, and they would have to drag the person to prison and arrest him according to the procedure, so that each rank in the organization would do their job and no one would interfere in other jobs and duties)
He would activate occasional patrols and tours of the hospital, the area around the fib building of lifeinvader and other institutions, all for the purpose of better security and safety of the institutions,
