I’m appealing the recent ban on my account, for using an illegal gun skin. I wasn’t aware the skin violated the game’s rules, as I believed it was allowed. I apologize for any misunderstanding and i removed the skin to comply with the guidelines.

Could you please reconsider the ban? I’m committed to following the rules moving forward and appreciate your time in reviewing my case.
