As you have noticed, general rule 4.1 has recently been adjusted (ban duration up to permanent), and there are now other small changes to this rule.

We also listened carefully to your feedback.

Effective immediately, the following blackout periods apply to illegal changes to Redux
(these include: Trails, Tracer, HP display in numbers, Clear Water, Clear Scope)

Violation 1 – 7 day suspension
Offense 2 – 14 day suspension
Offense 3 – 30 day suspension
Offense 4 – 60 day suspension
Offense 5 – Permanent ban

Any other modifications to the game not listed or the use of prohibited external programs, as well as cleaning and refusing to check the PC, will still result in a 60-day ban or a permanent ban.

Sanctions that have already been imposed remain in place as already sanctioned
Of course I understand that if it is rejected, but I don't think it's fair because there wasn't a rule at the time to get a permanent ban for it, but the reason I'm making this request is whether the offense can be shortened to the 60 day ban and if there is another offense to get a permanent ban. For Information, the decision that we reduce Bans length for illegal Redux got revoked and every Ban for illegal Redux counts as a normal Cheating Ban. Like your Cheating Ban in the past.
