First of, there was a person that entered on the highway on weapons - which is not allowed according to ER 1.18. I made a ticket stating "guy highway" at 10:30 and Satish responded with "any issue?" at 10:32. My report was pretty vague I'll admit, but I wouldn't be making a report if I didn't have an issue........ I then proceeded to respond to him while mid gunfight elaborating my previous ticket. I really think I shouldn't need to do this as the administrator should have accessed the situation (tped to me) when he responded to the ticket. Not just with "any issue?" which shows the lack of care & laziness. This behaviour affected my experience, I can't say for sure but there are definitely people who have experienced the same. Following this, I had shared my frustration with him in another ticket, but it took him 11 mins to respond with "sorry?", which highlights the issues I've mentioned. Please thoroughly look into this, thanks.

Hello, Thank you for the report. we will talk to admins about responding. You also were an ex admin and you know that vague request delay response time especially if there are lots of tickets to deal with.
