Google....? According to... Google?? You do know this is a game right? Like can you differentiate real life from the game? Real life has no influence on the game and using Google in this instance does not help you in the slightest. This is why we have very specific rules and IC laws that apply for our environment. One of them is Evading Arrest which is defined by the following statement: Any attempt to evade arrest by Law Enforcement Officers or leading law enforcement on any form of foot or vehicular chase where the attempt is to escape being arrested. This whole arrest and detention was unlawful and you should never be a Law Enforcement Officer ever. And to add to this I hope you checked the list of all prohibited items and realized the Engine Blockers are not illegal. You are lucky FIB got disbanded cause we were preparing a fat lawsuit. Both of these charges were unlawful and fake and you were just on a power trip wanting to arrest someone, abusing your powers and being corrupt to the core.

I dont know which SCJ has told you this but it is wrong, it "MIGHT" be considered of Evading Arrest according to its definition however we have a different felony code for that which is Code of Criminal and Misdemeanour Law Article 3.7 False Reporting.
3.7.1 False Reporting.
[★★★★ Class-4 Felony][60-months; $40,000]
Definition: Knowingly giving false information about a crime or about the preparation or commission of any criminal activity
As you can see it is not evading arrest but is False Reporting.
Further more Engine Blockers are NOT illegal per Appendix List in the Code of Criminal and Misdemeanour Law.

You may have seen the old one, or this one may not be updated, but I can see that 'anti-radar' is also not listed there, but it is illegal and can lead to arrest as well. And we use Leo's petrol man guide where both are listed as prohibited items

Your priority is to follow the laws created by Government , not by your own organization. If some items are not in the list of prohibited items in the law but are in the list of your organization book then you have to choose the government law and not consider them as illegal regardless of even the game itself shows it as illegal. Even if you have the new version of the law that has been not officially published yet, you cant take action. You have to wait till they are officially published and announced by the government. At this point you didnt know that it wasnt illegal and fault is on the supervisor or employee who put those items as illegal on your book. So i do understand how you feel. All im curious about is will reviewing admin accept the forum or deny it ? Because that decision may change things.

In government emails Laws are not open to public which is weird. Every citizen of the state should be able to reach those laws. And Code of Criminal and Misdemeanour Law is one of those laws. Whoever judge or lawyer that you are talking about obviously hasn't checked the appendix list. Just so you know i was an attorney as well. In these kinda forums they wouldn't make a verdict straight away, im assuming they are thinking/discussing about it.
