I accidentally logged in using my other social club account and was banned for GR 1.1. I sincerely apologize for this mistake and assure you it won’t happen again. If a money wipe is necessary for my reinstatement, I’m willing to do that. I’ve put a lot of effort into my ID and would greatly appreciate another chance.

I don't know i am banned or not because i can't able to play grand rp. I reinstalled the game from scratch nothing worked i even don't know I am banned or not. Because in game it doesn't even show that I am banned or not.
Here's what's my problem, please read it carefully before rejecting it: When i login in to the game i am not able to use my in-game smartphone, can't see any map locations, can't able to use "M" Menu. Means that i see empty city with nothing around my character. I posted about in Technical Section but they just copy paste the solution which is not relevant and that I already tried. I made that Ban for GR post intentionally to grab your notice because you are not even reading this, see proofs also.
Please tell me what's the problem, if I am banned please give me atleast reason of it.

You are not banned. Change your IP Dns or service provider. Its a glitch you can fix through this tricks. If not worked then search youtube for more ideas but this is not banned.
