First of all, hello. I knew that sitting next to and provoking an unconscious body is a violation, but yesterday, in the two forums we opened, our friends sat right next to our unconscious bodies and used emotes, yet they did not get penalized

I am not complaining about Satriko Narcos, but I am wondering if this is a violation. If it's not, then we will proceed with a complaint accordingly. Have a good day, thank you.
