Dear Admin,
One guy uploaded POV against me and my friend and in that POV he was on discord but his discord overlay was not recorded in the POV which violates the General Rule 6.17 (All overlays must be recorded).
His Forum got rejected due to Incorrect title, but he was not punished for the rule he broke (Gen rule 6.17).

Also he tried multiple ways to avoid the punishment and also he deceives the admins by editing the pov again and again. When we noticed that his overlay was not recorded in the pov which he uploaded he changed the POV and edited the part where his discord sound was coming.
So this decision to not punish this guy for the rule break is wrong and I request you to kindly take action against this guy.
NOTE - I have attached the POV of that guy in the proofs.
