Dear administration

I am very simple player who play game with my friends every day today when i try to open my game it’s showing my id is permanently banned for GR 1.6 by pina reapers admin pablo_Schmidt i just what to know why my id got banned what time i break rule can u give me proof for breaking rule what property and items i buy with real money can u please tell me
