I have a very good past experience in LEOS, I have worked in almost all LEOS orgs, LSPD was my first org and I am sure that i would serve the city with all my efforts
I was Supervisor in SAHP and Master Sergeant in LSPD and Senior State Attorney, so I have the passion and experience to handle the Staff
I can understand all the problems of a normal trainee or all the staff that they face

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
TRAINING:- By training the Trainees we can improve the base of the org, and make sure a professional staff.
BONUS:- By giving a regular bonus we can assure a satisfied and motivated staff.
REGULAR MEETINGS:- By concluding frequent meetings, by which we can solve all the problems...
