Rejected CR and Shooting in greenzone

Player 351089, came to steal my car so I drove as fast as I could, When I reached the Green zone and slowed down he started Ramming me, I got out of my car to talk to him and he Rammed my car OUT of the green zone to steal it and when i try to go near him he tried to shoot me while i was still in greenzone and he wasn't
