Charles was raised in an environment with high levels of crime. After his father left the family, Charles had to look after himself. Having no one to direct him and with many forces conspiring against him, he quickly got disenfranchised. Round about the age of 18, he was globally known as one of the notorious gangsters for so many people. Life as a gangster was not easy, it was full of hardship and lack of mercy, but for Charles, he was smart, diligent and persistent enough to want to get to the very peak.
However, one day, a close friend is killed in the gang crossfire: this incident struck Charles’s heart with such unbearable force. Coming to this conclusion, he resolved to amend his life. After years gone by, Charles went to the FIB and offered his services, proposing to assist in the elimination of his former gang. His experience in the criminal world was valuable and he was later on developed to become an FIB officer. From being a gangster to a law enforcing officer, he made a twist in his life because of the longing to be forgiven.
Career Story:
Law enforcement has always been an area of focusing for Charles. Now, he became a gang’s leader only to turn over a new leaf following the death of a close friend. He only cared for rehabilitation when he went from street thug to the informant for the FBI. With such bipolar lives, he did a lot of damage to the inner circle of various gangs and became very reputable with the FIB.
Thanks to such talents, it was decided by the FIB that formal education would be an asset in this instance. He climbed all the way up in a flash, even taking down some of the most notorious crime units. Charles, who was quite an extraordinary analyst, studied gang operations and mastered them so well he became quite useful when after organized crime.
With time, the increasing zeal that Charles possessed and the courage to lead saw him in charge of many sensitive cases. His accomplishments have been many, which earned him much admiration and eventually promotions to the post of Chief of Staff of the FIB. The change was clear, transforming from a criminal on the streets to being at the head of the agency in question.

1- Charles can leak any information to criminals in exchange for money or Favors. (upto 100k )
2- Charles can lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any kind of identification to anyone.
