Dear Bobby

Today vinay sir rejected my application of ballas giving the reason to gain more exp but i am already lvl 15 in game and i asked from ace and ace said that lvl 15 is enough to be a leader in gang but when i asked from vinay sir he said that there was many application thats why he rejected it but i think the reason was not valid and i deserve a chance and my application should be accepted and i also i have good exp in game i was deputy in ballas and also ud in other gangs and good exp in leos side also.

I would request you bobby sir to plz check it again and again re consider my application
