Life Growing up
Kay grew up the oldest of 4. He is one of the 3 Brothers. His Family has a single sister that they treated like a queen. Kay Didn't grow up in the most stable conditions. They didn't have the nicest of homes. They grew up in a small apartment out of Detriot where gangs were at an all-time high. Kay didn't like the cops growing up. So Kay's Dad told him one day... If you don't like them join them and make a change. So that is what he did. He started in the LSPD and transferred over to FIB shortly after joining LSPD.
First Actions in the city
When Kay first came to the city he started off with a job in LSPD. In which he got the job as an LSPD commander of FTO at just 22 years old. Kay Acceled at his position and began to work his way up. After just some time the LSPD disbanded cause the leader left the city. He then transferred to FIB and got the position as a 00 Agent. they then got dropped to Head supervisor due to multi-department transfer. From there he stayed in FIB for a little bit and enjoyed it.
Before joining FIB
When Kay joined FIB he saw this as a golden choice. He saw the choice as an upgrade from LSPD. It started with the cars for Kay because of how much he loves cars. He saw that FIB had Tesla's and Ferrari's and he fell in love with it. He was ready to get to work right away. Just 10 minutes after LSPD disbanded he was already in a FIB Heli doing some FIB work. As a very fresh agent.
Kay's Emotional life.
Kay has not always been stable mentally. He is very sad and down most of the time because of work. He sees some bad things every day that people shouldn't have to see. He feels bad for people quite often and shows a great amount of Empathy. He also has a lot of trouble taking punishment actions because he feels bad for the other person. He has always been a rough guy and hard to understand
Kay's Intensity
Kay will have the urge to fight people. he can get made very easy and can become very pissed very quick. He doesnt like to deal with the filthy gang members in Los Santos and that is why He is willing to go to the max to get rid of them. He will even strangle them to death and make them suffer if Kay doesnt get what he wants.
Outcomes
1.Kay Always has a hidden camera that looks like a button on his shirt. And A bodycam when he is on duty
2.Kay always has his radio on in his car and always listening to the communications
3.Kay Can take bribes up to 20k.
4.Kay will do very bad things to someone to make them say something/ Able to truth surome them with /try commands
5.Kay can take on 2/1 suspect due to high training from FIB and LSPD
6.Kay is able to take weapons from criminals and use them for personal use.
7. Kay can use LSPD equipment off duty
8. Kay can remove friends/family members from the wanted list.
9. Kay can let friends/family members get away with no arrest.
10. If Kay doesn't have his radio in his car it's in his special jacket to help respond if needed.
11. Kay can use the blackmarket.
