I want just standing there when this guy VDMed me and then RDMed just because I didnt sit in the car with him??

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.

ID 162025 will receive a punishment for GR 6.15
(shooting without given proper 5 sec demand)
ID 175231 will receive a punishment for VDM
(there was enough space to not hit and park car but ID 175231 decided to hit both persons)
(As seen in the pov Rule break at time stamp : 1:26 - 1:50)
