mass RDM ticket was submited as this was 3rd or 4th time they arrived to kill, never giving demands shooting on sight, killing even afk fam members (tanner opps). player is accompanied by ID 291702, however it isn't seen well in POV.

after reviewing POV again, both ID 291702 & 299939 is clearly observed RDMing Tanner opps who was afk on the balcony, at timestamp 1:07-1:10

There is no mentioned rule of what you are saying is allowed. Both forums are their own admissible forms of proofs and neither forum even mention one another. Under the section, "The administrator has the right to refuse to consider the complaint if:", there is nothing there stating this isn't allowed.

From POV 1:
0:00 I begin POV after previous RDM from 299939 , 291702. Right as I am picked up by medics.
0:40 I pick up Tanner Opps who was previously RDMed by 299939 , 291702.
0:56 I am spotted and shot on sight by 299939 , 291702.
1:07-1:10 299939 , 291702 are observed firing together at tanner opps on the balcony.

From POV 2:
1:39 I pick up Hemu Oppz who was certainly also targeted and shot on sight.
2:14 I pick up Tanner Opps once again, proving that he was RDMed from timestamp 1:07-1:10 from POV 1.

3 of our neighbours wearing the yellow bigness shirts, and 1 newbie, happened to also be roaming on our property at the time for some reason. this happened to cause some confusion when slim capella arrived. including confusing me as well, as I did not know why they were loitering there at the time of the RDMs.
