Reviewed Ban for GR6.3, GR1.1 l Sylvia_Som

I got banned for 60 days for two reasons (as shown in images)

First reason is breaking the rule GR 6.3
Second reason is breaking the rule GR 1.1

My problem is as follows:

1- i didn't do GR 1.1 since i'm the only user of the account and no one used it except me and i didn't trade it
2- the rule GR 6.3 is not written in discord server rules section where i read the rules bcz im a newbie so how could i have known that i did something against rules if its not in the rules (or at least i can't find it in the place that i check rules)
3- i can't know all the rules at once i'm a new guy
