Dear admin team,
I was banned because of Anti Cheat#352 and I don't know what I did wrong. The anti-cheat message says that I was banned a month ago but I couldn't explain why. I didn't do anything wrong. Yesterday I could still play normally but when I logged in today I was banned. Since I have invested a lot of time, love and money in my Grand DE 1 ACC, I really don't want to lose it. Hey, today i tried to log in my grand DE01 ACC and it work. I don't know why but thankfully it works. thanks for your attention.
